Tardiness Policy:

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment.

Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. We understand that sometimes tardiness is unavoidable.

However, if you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule, as your service will not be able to be complete in time for the next guest’s appointment.

Age Requirements:

Studio guests must be 18 years or older. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied with a parent or guardian to receive services.

Refunds:

All sales and services are final and non-refundable.

Cancelation policy:

We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so we can fill your spot. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances and emergencies do happen, we kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible.

Clients that have last minute cancelations three times in one calendar year, will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit for any future bookings.

No Show Policy:

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice will be considered a “no-call, no-show.” A no-show fee equivalent to 50% of the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged to the client’s account.

Confidentiality:

We maintain the client’s right to privacy and confidentiality regarding personal information shared during a service. We do not sell client information to any third party companies.

General Conditions:

We maintain a professional and respectful environment for all clients and staff. Any client who engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may be refused services without refund at anytime.

Yes, you can still get waxed. Please wear a tampon and we can work around it. However, please be warned: your skin is more sensitive to waxing during this time of the month.

Congratulations! Your skin is more sensitive right now, but you can still get waxed. Please consult with your doctor before scheduling.

Avoid caffeine for 24-48 hours before your appointment, as it can cause your skin to be more sensitive. Come hydrated. Please read the Things to Know Before You Show section below.

Waxing typically provides smooth results for 3-6 weeks, depending on individual hair growth cycles. With regular waxing appointments, you can enjoy longer periods of hair-free skin.

The frequency of waxing depends on individual hair growth and personal preferences. Most clients schedule waxing appointments every 4-6 weeks to maintain smooth, hair-free skin.

It's recommended to wait until any swelling, bruising, or tenderness from cosmetic injections or fillers has subsided before waxing in the treated areas.

Skin that has undergone recent chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, or other aggressive exfoliation procedures may be more sensitive and prone to irritation. We ask you to wait until the skin has fully healed before waxing.

Waxing should be avoided on areas of the skin with cuts, abrasions, rashes, infections (such as bacterial, fungal, or viral infections), or other skin irritations. Waxing can exacerbate these conditions or spread infection. Waxing should also be avoided on areas of the skin affected by certain skin disorders, such as eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, or rosacea, as it can exacerbate symptoms or cause further irritation.

Medications that suppress the immune system, such as methotrexate or cyclosporine, can affect the skin's ability to heal and increase the risk of infection or delayed wound healing after waxing. It's essential to consult with a healthcare provider before waxing while taking immunosuppressant medications.

Unfortunately we are not able to service individuals with diabetes due to the higher risk of skin infections.

Individuals with a history of skin cancer or who have recently undergone skin cancer treatment should consult with their healthcare provider before waxing to ensure it's safe for their skin.

Individuals with compromised immune systems, such as those with HIV/AIDS or undergoing chemotherapy, cannot be waxed due to reduce the risk of infection or skin damage.
